One of our favourite cuts at FX Buckley. When cooked right beef short ribs are the ultimate comfort food.This cut is often overlooked, due to its high connective tissue content. However, when cooked under moist conditions for long periods these fibrous proteins will denature. Leaving you with mouth-wateringly tender beef- falling off the bone.Not to mention, short ribs are packed with delicious deep beefy flavour thanks to evenly dispersed layers of fat.
