FX Buckley's bacon is traditionally brine cured using a traditional recipe. The taste is worlds apart from the moisture and e-number injected bacon on supermarket shelves, with less contraction and moisture loss during cooking.

What makes are FX Buckley Back Rashers different?

• Traditionally mild cure back rashers with the rind on more added flavour
• Cured for 75 hours and then dried for another 12 hours before they are freshly cut
• Cut thick so they are real "butcher style" rashers by our Master butchers.

Cooking Tip: Cut the rind every inch along its length, it helps to keep the rasher flat and stops it curling.
