Our rib is made from quality beef with a certain content of fat which helps make it full of flavour. It can be used for a variety of different uses such as delicious cottage pie, bolognaise, meat loafs and homemade burgers.
Cooking tips:
• try cooking mince in small batch not over crowded the pan and thus browning the mince better
• try adding pork mince to the mix as it give real depth and flavour to the mince
• Try browning a chopped onion which add a great flavour to the mince
