Beef Sausage

Our own family recipe, these beef sausages have 80% beef content which results in a real meaty and full flavoured sausage.

The best way to cook our homemade beef sausages is to evenly fry it for 3 minutes and slightly and then finished it off in the oven for 25 minutes at 180°. Do not prick them before cooking. Serve with creamy mashed potato and onion gravy to make a wonderful hearty dinner or of course as part of a delightful breakfast.
