  • Fillet of Ham

    €8.99 per kg
    The fillet of ham is off the leg of pork and has been freshly cured with pickle. At FX Buckley we cure our own premium ham with our own traditional recipe.
  • Slipper of Ham

    €8.99 each
    Slipper gammon is a small, lean joint, cut from the side of the whole gammon, and weighs about 750g. At FX Buckley is cure our own premium ham with our own traditional recipe. The slipper of Ham is ideal for boiling or roasting.
  • Collar of Bacon

    €6.99 each
    Forget the gammon for now. It's very tender, but collar of bacon is a lot more juicy and succulent. It has plenty of lean meat, but slow-cooking it makes the most of its sweet flavours and soft texture, making for a real hearty Irish dish.
  • Bacon Ribs

    €7.91 per kg
    Back ribs originate from the centre section of the pork loin, which is known for the baby rack of ribs. At FX Buckley we cure pork ribs with our own traditional recipe for 2/3 days and it makes the most wonderful bacon ribs.
  • Bacon Hock

    €2.29 each
    Pork hock is also known as pork knuckle. Although a relatively cheap cut, slowly boiled /simmered produces the sweetest tasting bacon where the meat just falls off the bone.
  • Bacon Loin

    €7.99 per kg
    A favorite in the shop. Cooked right this will melt in your mouth. We cure the bacon with our own traditional recipe for 2/3 days and it makes the most wonderful bacon loin.
  • Smoked Back Rashers

    €14.49 per kg
    Our smoked bacon is traditionally brine cured using an old recipe and traditionally smoked over beech wood. The taste is worlds apart from the moisture and e-number injected bacon on supermarket shelves, with less contraction and moisture loss during cooking.
  • Bacon Pieces

    €7.99 per kg
    Bacon pieces are freshly cured pork cut into small cubes to accompany a traditional Irish coddle. At FX Buckley we cure our own bacon with our own traditional recipe.
